These terms apply to the Kegelit app and the websites kegelit.com and app.kegelit.com, provided by SHINYSTREAM UNIPESSOAL LDA, Portugal, NIPC 517714086 ("we"). By using Kegelit you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Kegelit offers general pelvic floor exercises for healthy adults. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a doctor or physiotherapist. Talk to a health professional before starting if you are pregnant, have recently given birth or had surgery, or have pelvic pain or any medical condition. Stop and get checked if you feel pain or your symptoms get worse.

Using the app

You may use Kegelit for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Kegelit Pro

• Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play (or the App Store where available). The price is shown before you buy.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can cancel any time in your store account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.
• Prices may change; any change applies to the next renewal and the store will tell you beforehand.

Your data

Your data stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your streak and history are gone and we cannot restore them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Kegelit running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve the app and these terms. If the terms change in an important way, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Liability

Kegelit is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that comes from using the app or the exercises. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
